Swarovski® is the luxury brand name and renowned worldwide for their range of precision cut lead glass products produced in Austria.
The crystals not only contain approximately 32% of lead to maximise refraction, but Swarovski® coats some of its crystals with special metallic coatings. Aurora Borealis, or "AB", is one of the most popular coatings, and gives the surface a rainbow oil slick appearance that allows light to refract in a rainbow spectrum.
Beadalon
Manufactured in the USA since 1976, Beadalon wire is a high quality stringing wire made up from miniature stainless steel strands incorporated within in a protective abrasive-resistant nylon coating.
Beadalon wire is available in 49, 19 & 7 strands, which means the greater the number of strands, the more flexible and kink resistant the thread is. It is strong yet soft, and drapes beautifully, whilst being available in colour effects; gold or silver plated and .925 sterling silver.
It is more expensive than normal beading wire, but it is the best on the market and preferred by many designers. We normally use the silver plated Beadalon 19, 0.18” diameter on the half strung necklaces; the breakage strength is 12kg. On the fully strung necklaces and bracelets, we normally use the satin silver Beadalon 19, 0.15”/0.18” diameter, the breakage strength is 5/8kg. Purchase & Payment

All our jewellery are presented in quality jewellery gift boxes, except for the mobile phone charms and the single row stretch bracelets, which are presented in organza pouches.
We make every effort to preserve the goods to ensure that it reaches you in perfect condition.

Returns
When you receive your new jewellery, please examine it promptly.
We are confident in the quality and workmanship of our products, and take pride in our reputation, and more importantly we want you to be completely happy with your purchase.
If, for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately and we will be happy to help you with a prompt exchange or refund. Please note custom made jewellery are strictly non refundable or exchangeable unless it was faulty.

Refunds can only be given on items received by us. We therefore strongly recommend a form of recorded postage when returning items. Please quote the Crystal Blue Jewellery Order Number in a cover note, along with any returns.
The cost on returning an item(s) for refund is at your own expense to the address given above. We will refund the item(s) excluding the original delivery charge.
However, in the unlikely event of any defects in workmanship or material appear, we will either repair or replace your item within 6 months of purchase. Defects resulting from normal wear and tear, abuse, misuse, accident, negligence are excluded from warranty.
Product care
Preserve your Swarovski Crystal jewellery in the original box. An occasional polish with a soft cloth will help maintain the crystals original, lustrous finish. Do not use harsh chemicals or household cleaning agents on the crystals.
Sterling silver can be regularly polished with a silver polishing cloth to prevent the silver from tarnishing.
Always remember to reserve your jewellery as a finishing touch, i.e. after using perfume or hairspray.
Disclaimer : Do not allow small children to play with your jewellery for safety reasons (as small beads may present a choking hazard or may cause accidental damage).
